About the Journal

ARKHAS ("AR" Arabic, "KHAS" KH. Achmad Siddiq) is an Arabic teaching journal published by PBA Pascasarjana UIN KH. Achmad Siddiq Jember, Indonesia. The editors invite experts and academics to contribute their manuscripts, whether in the form of research results, in-depth opinions, book reviews relating to Arabic teaching themes. This journal is published periodically twice a year, the first issue in June, the second issue in December as a vehicle for scientific communication around Arabic teaching written in Arabic or English.

- Article Submission: None (Free)
- Indonesian authors in collaboration with foreign authors: USD 20 (equivalent to IDR 300,000).
- Free of charge for foreign authors submitting manuscripts
- All Indonesian Authors: IDR 400,000
- Note: Researchers can apply for waivers or exemptions for publishing costs by explaining 
            rational and acceptable reasons.

The editors invite experts and academics to contribute their manuscripts, whether in research results, in-depth opinions, or book reviews relating to Arabic teaching themes.

Focus and Scope
This journal encompasses original research articles, review articles, and short communications, including 1) Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language, 2) History of Arabic Education, 3) Strategy of Arabic Teaching, 4) Media of Arabic Teaching, 5) Technology of Arabic Teaching, 6) Modern Standard Arabic, and 7) Arabic for Second Language, and 8) Teaching Media in the Arabic Language.

Screening Plagiarism
All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism contents. All authors suggest using plagiarism detection software to do similarity checking. Editors check the plagiarism detection of articles in this journal using Turnitin software, a maximum of 25%.
